Please observe the following rules to ensure comfort, safety and peace of mind for all.

1. Opening hours

• Arrival: between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. (please let us know if you plan to arrive earlier or later). Secure key box - independent arrival)
• Departure: Before 11 a.m. (late departures are not always possible, but please ask).

2. Accommodation

Please ensure that your accommodation is kept clean throughout your stay. The gîte is non-smoking inside. Please smoke outside and use the ashtrays. Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy on departure. All used crockery must be washed and put away. Do not move furniture without permission. Please respect the bedding (undersheets, sheets, blankets) and do not eat in the beds.

3. Nuisances and neighbors

Please respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors, especially between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. No events or parties are permitted.

4. Security

Please close doors and windows when you are away. Do not leave any fire unattended, especially in the fireplace. Do not touch any technical equipment.

5. Children

Children are the sole responsibility of their parents. Please ensure their safety, especially on the stairs and near the fireplace.

6. Waste

Please sort your garbage (traditional rubbish, recyclables, glass). Sorting instructions are posted in the welcome guide.

7. Pets

Pets are not allowed, except by prior arrangement.

8. Damages 

In the event of accidental damage, please let us know and we will examine the problem together to decide whether the deduction or the cost of repair is necessary and what the amount will be.
