Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the tenant:

• More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the amount paid
• Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is retained
• Less than 15 days before arrival: no refund possible
• In case of no-show or early departure: no refund will be made

Cancellation by the owner:

In the event of an unforeseen event making the rental impossible (e.g., a serious technical problem), the owner agrees to fully reimburse the amounts paid. No additional compensation may be required.
